Provide communications and software support to transition certification testing to a cloud system; create and distribute marketing materials and social media content; coordinate with affiliates and partners; participate in data governance; perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support Maine Fire Service Institute events and operations.

Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations, oversee general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management, audits, internal controls, and restricted funds. Improve financial systems and reporting (ERP), support budget and strategic initiatives, supervise finance staff, build SOPs, and act as operational deputy to the Dean of Finance.

Serve as the college's Chief Academic Officer providing strategic leadership for all credit and non-credit programs. Oversee curriculum, accreditation, Guided Pathways implementation, faculty development, enrollment and retention strategies, community and K-12 partnerships, and workforce-aligned program growth. Promote data-informed, equity-centered continuous improvement, distance learning expansion, and collaboration across campus and external stakeholders.
