Lead and oversee the MDS (Minimum Data Set) process for long-term care residents, ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA, and RAI requirements. Require active RN licensure; leverage prior LTC nursing or MDS experience to manage assessments, documentation, and payer-related processes. Provide administrative support and uphold service standards.

Provide direct nursing care on a Baylor schedule: administer medications, monitor patients for side effects, prescribe/assist with medical devices, and record vitals and medical information. Participate in a supportive team environment and engage with leadership for professional development and facility tours.
