Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care center. Administer medications, perform wound care, conduct physical assessments and diagnostic tests, and support resident treatment plans. Full-time 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p). Coordinate and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and MDS process to ensure regulatory compliance with physician orders, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations in a long-term care setting.

Lead and manage the evening nursing unit (3pm–11pm Mon–Fri), mentor nursing staff, oversee patient care and unit operations, coordinate with leadership and HR, and ensure regulatory/licensure compliance. Requires active RN licensure and an ASN or higher.
