Lead and manage unit nursing operations on weekdays, provide and coordinate resident care, serve as primary contact for residents and families, mentor staff, and maintain clinical standards and a clean, efficient environment.

Provide patient-centered nursing care on the 3:00 p.m. 011:00 p.m. shift, supervise evening nursing operations, mentor staff, collaborate with leadership, maintain a clean, efficient environment, and support quality outcomes. Prior sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.

Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/sub-acute/long-term care setting. Administer medications, perform wound care, conduct basic physical assessments and diagnostic tests, and support resident treatment plans while collaborating with nursing leadership.
