Provide oversight and timely assessments to ensure federal and state regulatory compliance for long-term care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, audit assessment processes, educate center staff, and drive best practices across multiple facilities. Regular travel between locations required.

Lead and manage unit nursing operations on weekdays, provide and coordinate resident care, serve as primary contact for residents and families, mentor staff, and maintain clinical standards and a clean, efficient environment.

Provide patient-centered nursing care on the 3:00 p.m. 011:00 p.m. shift, supervise evening nursing operations, mentor staff, collaborate with leadership, maintain a clean, efficient environment, and support quality outcomes. Prior sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.
