Develops, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots integrations between systems using Python, MSSQL, APIs, SFTP, SQL, CSV, and JSON. Manages ETL processes, validates data quality and integrity, gathers requirements with cross-functional teams, resolves integration issues, and documents solutions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of integration experience, and proficiency in Python, MSSQL, data validation, and ETL methodologies.

Leads institution-wide retention and student progression initiatives, using student success data and technology to identify at-risk students, coordinate proactive outreach, improve re-enrollment, and remove barriers to completion. Partners with admissions, financial services, registrar, academic affairs, student experience, institutional research, and IT to align workflows, reporting, early-alert responses, and registration support. Supervises retention staff and drives measurable improvements in persistence, stop-out recovery, and student engagement.

Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to grow audience and engagement across platforms. Create, curate, and publish content, ensure brand consistency, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with marketing and communications, and manage day-to-day social media operations and community engagement.

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, review reconciliations, maintain general ledger integrity across funds, supervise accounting staff, support audits, financial reporting, internal controls, and grant/endowment compliance in a higher-education environment.

Analyzes data from university systems to support student success, operational efficiency, institutional reporting, and executive decision-making. Develops dashboards and reports, integrates data sources, ensures data quality, supports data warehousing and governance, and uses AI-enabled analytics for forecasting and anomaly detection. Collaborates with campus departments, trains end users, and promotes data literacy and responsible data use.

Support university financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Assist annual budget build, monthly variance analysis, month-end reconciliations, enrollment-to-revenue forecasting, and ad hoc analyses. Extract/transform data from Jenzabar via SQL and build/refresh Power BI dashboards to inform leadership and Board reporting.
