Analyzes data from university systems to support student success, operational efficiency, institutional reporting, and executive decision-making. Develops dashboards and reports, integrates data sources, ensures data quality, supports data warehousing and governance, and uses AI-enabled analytics for forecasting and anomaly detection. Collaborates with campus departments, trains end users, and promotes data literacy and responsible data use.

Provides individual and group academic advising, course and degree planning, academic progress monitoring, success coaching, and preliminary and graduation audits. The advisor explains institutional policies, maintains student records and reports, refers students to campus resources, supports orientation and retention initiatives, and collaborates with faculty and campus departments on student development and experiential learning.

Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to grow audience and engagement across platforms. Create, curate, and publish content, ensure brand consistency, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with marketing and communications, and manage day-to-day social media operations and community engagement.
