Participate in a 16-week operations management training program covering transportation, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and customer relationships. Complete guided and independent study, collaborate with support and service center teams, observe customer sales calls, and occasionally accompany drivers on delivery routes. Successful completion leads to an initial operations leadership role, requiring relocation to another facility.

Manage and grow customer accounts within an assigned territory by executing structured sales calls, prospecting, pricing and contract negotiations, follow-up, and customer partnerships. The role targets market-share growth and profitable margins, coordinates with Operations and drivers, identifies transportation solutions, maintains sales activity records, and uses Tableau dashboards to guide data-driven decisions.

Handles accounts receivable and interline inquiries, disputes, reconsignments, freight term issues, invoicing corrections, and customer communications. Researches billing matters, processes authorized invoice changes, analyzes carrier correction reports, reports findings to relevant departments and carriers, and supports cross-training across interline processes.
