Participate in a 16-week operations management training program covering transportation principles, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and customer relationships. Complete guided and independent study, collaborate with support and service center teams, observe customer sales calls, and accompany drivers on local delivery routes. Successful trainees must be prepared to relocate for an initial operations leadership role.

Manage customer accounts and territory sales through structured prospecting, client visits, pricing negotiations, follow-up, and market-share growth. Develop profitable customer relationships, identify transportation solutions, coordinate with Operations and drivers, maintain accurate sales records, and use Tableau dashboards to guide decisions. The role requires at least one year of sales or management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Manage and grow customer accounts by executing territory sales plans, conducting prospecting and face-to-face meetings, negotiating pricing, identifying transportation solutions, and increasing profitable market share. Maintain customer records and sales activity, use Tableau dashboards for data-driven decisions, coordinate with Operations and drivers, follow up on opportunities, and develop long-term customer partnerships.
