The Management Trainee will undergo a 16-week training program to learn operations management principles and prepare for a leadership role.

Supervise inbound dock and yard operations, coordinate dock associates, manage routing and P&D loading/unloading, ensure timely close-outs and special requests, implement loss-prevention and process improvements, plan warehouse layout and workflows, assign duties, and enforce policies and controls for accuracy and safety.

Supervise and coordinate inbound dock and yard activities, oversee routing, loading/unloading of freight, enforce pickup & delivery closeouts, implement loss-prevention and process improvements, plan warehouse layout, set work procedures and schedules, and ensure P&D loads meet quality and timeliness standards.
