Participate in a 16-week operations management trainee program focused on transportation, cross-dock operations, leadership, communication, and customer relationships. Complete guided and independent training, work with support and service center teams, observe account managers during sales calls, and accompany drivers on local delivery routes. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in transportation or logistics or two years of related experience, an acceptable driving history, strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and flexibility to relocate for a first leadership role.
