Lead design, implementation, administration, and compliance of compensation and benefits programs. Oversee team and vendors, manage HCM modules, budget and vendor selection, serve on benefits steering committee, and ensure programs align with strategy and regulations.

Participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee program to learn transportation industry fundamentals, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building. Train under a mentor, interface with support centers, accompany account managers on sales calls, and occasionally ride with drivers. Completion leads to relocation for first leadership role. Requires willingness to relocate, acceptable driving history, basic computer skills, and strong verbal/written communication and work ethic.
