SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium Benefits Overview

Oversee healthcare data collection, validation, analysis, dashboards, and regulatory reporting for Community Wellness and WISEWOMAN programs. Coordinate grant-funded reimbursement, coding, charge capture, billing workflows, and documentation compliance. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies, support quality improvement initiatives, and mentor junior data team members. Manage multiple projects, provide reporting guidance, conduct data quality assurance, and occasionally travel.

Provides clinical and administrative support in a rural ambulatory care clinic. Responsibilities include preparing patients, recording vital signs and medical histories, assisting with exams and minor procedures, collecting specimens, conducting point-of-care tests, maintaining rooms and supplies, sanitizing equipment, completing quality assurance checks, updating electronic records, answering phones, processing orders, and supporting patient flow. Works under provider supervision and provides compassionate customer service to patients across all age groups.

Coordinates grant-funded clinical prevention services within an outpatient healthcare system. Oversees screening, education, lifestyle counseling, patient tracking, follow-up, data entry, quality assurance, grant budgets, reimbursement, reporting, and program expansion. Supervises staff and collaborates with clinic leaders, healthcare departments, community partners, and government agencies to improve access and service delivery. Travel to grantor and partner meetings, site visits, and supervisory visits is required.
