Lead communications for the UOK partnership: create engaging digital and print content, run campaigns, manage website and social media, produce multimedia and evaluation reports, build stakeholder relationships, and provide responsive communications support to increase access to mental health and wellbeing services.

Provide HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, absence management, training, employee relations and offboarding. Support HR processes, maintain HR systems (HRIS/ATS/LMS), ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, and help implement a new HR ticketing system.

Support people receiving secondary mental health care to secure sustainable paid employment using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Work co-located with the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, deliver person-centred guidance, build employer relationships, and provide community- and remote-based support to help clients meet employment goals.
