Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees, handling employee relations cases involving sickness, attendance, capability, conduct, grievances, and probation. Support policy development, employment law changes, investigations, reasonable adjustments, flexible working, maternity matters, compliance, and organisational restructures. Build effective relationships, coach stakeholders, and contribute to HR team objectives.

Provides recovery-focused mental health support to clients with complex emotional needs through psychoeducational and community groups. Co-facilitates Structural Clinical Management-informed activities and forums, develops safety management plans using co-production, and helps clients access relevant mental health services and resources. Groups are delivered in person and occasionally online. The role includes comprehensive training and suits candidates developing careers in mental health and community support.

Manages an IPS employment services team supporting vulnerable clients. Responsibilities include line management, staff supervision, appraisals, complex-case support, stakeholder relationship development, contractual performance monitoring, KPI and client-data management, compliance checks, and reporting to commissioners and partners. The role requires knowledge of supported employment and vocational services, team-management experience, professional partnership skills, a DBS check, and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
