Run programmes on wellbeing, emotional regulation, aspirations and social action, build strong school relationships, contribute to legacy support and work with the wider team to deliver events and curriculum opportunities.

Provide friendly, proactive supporter liaison at home matches by welcoming fans, answering questions, offering directions, assisting with accessibility needs, and working with matchday teams to ensure smooth operations. Positioned inside and outside the stadium; role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and promoting inclusion and safeguarding.

Lead payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple payrolls, ensuring accurate end-to-end processing, compliance, reconciliations and audits. Drive payroll controls, system improvements, payrolling of benefits by 2027/28, automation/AI adoption, and manage payroll team, stakeholder relationships and player-specific payroll processes.
