Deliver inclusive physical activity and social sessions across Southampton communities, build relationships with residents and partner organisations, develop community partnerships, gather participant feedback, promote the programme, and help demonstrate its impact and long-term sustainability. The role supports engagement with diverse groups and advances inclusion, wellbeing, and community empowerment through sport.

Drive new business and revenue for Southampton FC hospitality through cold calling, networking, prospecting, face-to-face meetings and targeted campaigns. Build and manage a sales pipeline, represent the club at events and matchdays, retain and grow accounts through upselling and repeat bookings while meeting revenue targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, build predictive models and metrics for player/team performance, support data ingestion with engineers, create dashboards and visual apps, conduct research projects, and communicate insights to coaching and club stakeholders across multiple clubs.
