Lead strategic development and operational delivery of Southampton FC's Womens and Girls programme. Oversee First Team logistics, fixture planning, budgets, player registrations, contracts, staff recruitment, performance management, and compliance (safeguarding, H&S). Build stakeholder relationships, monitor targets, and support staff development to ensure a high-performance, inclusive environment.

Deliver a 10-week person-centred mentoring and small-group programme for high-need secondary pupils (11–16) in partner schools. Run wellbeing, emotional regulation, aspirations and extracurricular clubs, build lasting relationships, work with school staff, contribute to events and wider curriculum opportunities, and support legacy and follow-up for referred young people.
