Teams at Southampton Football Club

Coordinate and manage school football and multisport programmes across UK and international settings. Oversee coaching delivery, quality assurance, staff scheduling, training, recruitment, supervision, programme income, budgets, and performance standards. Support the Head of Football Programmes in achieving growth, profitability, safeguarding, and high-quality participant experiences. The role requires evening and weekend availability, UK and international delivery, and at least one overseas trip annually.

Lead daily social media activity for Southampton Football Club, developing innovative content strategies and producing short- and long-form content across TikTok, Instagram, the club app, and website. Cover men's first-team matchdays, support women's and academy coverage, manage content performance against KPIs, and contribute to stadium and other club channels. The role requires strong football knowledge, platform expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Deliver inclusive physical activity and social sessions across Southampton communities, build relationships with residents and partner organisations, develop community partnerships, gather participant feedback, promote the programme, and help demonstrate its impact and long-term sustainability. The role supports engagement with diverse groups and advances inclusion, wellbeing, and community empowerment through sport.
