Manage high-value Healthcare & Forensic Services contract across South Yorkshire & Humberside, lead procurement projects, develop commercial and contract strategies, negotiate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with procurement legislation and value for money, and monitor supplier performance.

Collect, evaluate and interpret data to identify threats and support decision-making. Produce analytical products and recommendations for district/force and specialist investigations, develop hypotheses, use databases and analytical software (including MS Office/Excel), present briefings and reports to stakeholders, collaborate with partners, and prepare evidence for court as required.

Produce intelligence analysis using recognised NIM techniques to support strategic, tactical and operational policing. Collect and evaluate data from multiple systems, produce evidence-based assessments, brief stakeholders, contribute to peer review, mentor junior analysts, and maintain professional standards and IPP certification.
