Create and layout print and electronic marketing materials and major publications (e.g., college catalog). Collaborate with departments and creative team, manage vendor proofs and print production, meet deadlines, assist with photo shoots, and present design solutions. Track project status and perform other assigned duties.

Manage and deliver projects for the Dual Credit Programs division: develop plans and schedules, assign resources, track deliverables and risks, prepare reports and marketing materials, lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, identify process improvements, and travel across the college district as needed.

Write, edit and execute editorial projects and press materials for internal and external audiences; manage media relations and press releases; produce social media content and measure performance; arrange photography/press coverage; counsel internal clients; work evenings/weekends and travel within the college district as needed.

Provide advisement, degree planning, case management, and enrollment support for students in meta-majors. Monitor progress, conduct interventions, facilitate FTIC GUIDE module enrollment, act as early-alert liaison, connect students to resources, assist department chairs, participate in registration/career fairs, and travel across the college district as needed.

Provide strategic leadership for dual credit academic, workforce, and career pathway initiatives. Oversee directors, develop and evaluate structured high school-to-college pathways, ensure compliance with THECB/NACEP/accreditation standards, collaborate with school districts and college leadership, align initiatives with enrollment and credentialing goals, and support expansion, assessment, and continuous improvement of dual credit programs.

Install, repair, and maintain college computer hardware, peripherals, and software; perform wiring, relocations, desktop imaging and enterprise agent support (SentinelOne, MECM, Deep Freeze); assist with specialized software, on-call support, district-wide travel, and assigned IT projects and change management duties.

Supervise cash management and reporting operations including daily cash flow, investments, monthly and year-end close, ACFR preparation, audits, reconciliations, internal controls, staff supervision, and process improvements to ensure compliance with institutional and state regulations.

Lead and manage division-level grants, projects, and student success initiatives for Math, Science, Information Technology, and Bachelor Programs. Coordinate with faculty, chairs, and college departments, monitor compliance and budgets, prepare reports, represent the division, supervise staff, and support proposal development and program recognition efforts.

Oversee post-award grant and contract compliance, assess risks, develop and implement compliance procedures, conduct monitoring and audits, support PIs and grant managers, manage effort reporting, prepare audit documentation, and provide training and technical assistance to ensure adherence to funding agency guidelines.
