Supports the YMCA School Age Child Care Program by supervising staff and volunteers, ensuring youth safety, implementing enrichment activities, maintaining relationships with families and schools, complying with Washington childcare licensing requirements, completing documentation, maintaining supplies and facilities, and covering Site Director or staff absences. The role is available for up to three shifts weekly or 12 shifts monthly, depending on staffing needs.

Leads daily aquatic facility operations in the absence of management, enforcing pool safety rules, supervising staff, lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, supporting training, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring pool chemistry, documenting operational records, and responding to incidents. The role also assists with safety drills, swim lesson quality, facility opening and closing, equipment maintenance requests, and staff professionalism.

The Senior Staff Accountant manages month-end and year-end close activities, accounts payable, cash receipts, general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, grant expense tracking, and fixed asset records. The role supervises a billing employee, supports operations staff with financial transactions, maintains internal controls, researches discrepancies, and prepares journal entries and supporting schedules. Occasional driving between operating locations is required.
