Supports the Site Director by leading youth activities, supervising children, maintaining safe and orderly program spaces, monitoring sign-ins and sign-outs, communicating with families and staff, documenting incidents, and building positive relationships with participants from diverse backgrounds.

Supervises school-age childcare activities, staff, volunteers, and youth to ensure a safe, compliant, and engaging program. Supports enrichment activities, parent and school relationships, supplies, attendance records, incident documentation, licensing compliance, required reporting, staff training, and site cleanliness. The role requires availability for up to three shifts weekly or 12 monthly, depending on staffing needs.

Provides a safe, supervised play environment for children ages three months to 12 years while YMCA members are on site. Responsibilities include monitoring children, enforcing safety and sign-in procedures, maintaining a clean play area, organizing activities, supporting children’s development, assisting families, and supervising volunteers. CPR, First Aid, AED, and child abuse prevention training are required within the first 30 days of hire.

The Membership Coordinator leads and trains Welcome Center staff, supports membership operations, provides member service, handles concerns, and assists with programs, events, campaigns, and leadership meetings. The role requires effective communication, organization, flexible evening and weekend availability, and commitment to YMCA values. CPR, AED, and First Aid certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
