Build and maintain scalable web platforms for digital news, subscriptions, and publishing applications. Design solution architecture, develop and test features, review code, and ensure AI-generated code meets performance, security, and architectural standards. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an Agile environment while using AI-assisted development tools.

Lead hands-on product design across news, subscription, education, and emerging digital products. Frame ambiguous problems, design AI-powered experiences, conduct research, use data, collaborate with engineering, and guide work from concept through launch. Maintain high design quality, contribute to design systems, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor other designers while remaining an individual contributor.

Creates digital marketing and in-product promotional assets, including banners, emails, social posts, landing page visuals, ads, paywall messaging, and in-app banners. Writes short-form campaign copy, tests creative variations, and uses performance results to improve campaigns. Supports branding and print projects while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborates with marketing, subscription, product, engineering, and editorial teams.
