Provides front-office assistance to customers, visitors, staff, and community partners while supporting case management administration. The role requires on-site attendance, collaboration with diverse populations, and occasional local driving to support office operations.

The Program Monitor is responsible for overseeing workforce development programs, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance, and supporting participant engagement and documentation review.

Develop employer partnerships and job opportunities, coordinate OJT/PWEX/internships, conduct employer outreach and recruitment events, refer and support participants through hiring and onboarding, maintain documentation and WIOA compliance, and achieve KPI-driven placement and retention goals.

Serve as the senior financial leader responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, accounting, audits, grant compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting. Advise the CEO and Board, oversee Accounting, Payroll and Budgeting functions, manage audits and risk, and implement financial systems to ensure long-term sustainability and regulatory compliance for a nonprofit workforce development organization.
