Provides case management and employment services to reentry participants, including eligibility assessments, individualized service strategies, career guidance, job placement support, workshops, progress tracking, compliance documentation, timesheet processing, and coordination with employers and partner facilities. The role requires consistent on-site engagement, travel to service locations, collaboration with workforce teams, and support for employment and internship goals.

The Program Monitor is responsible for overseeing workforce development programs, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance, and supporting participant engagement and documentation review.

Provides front-office assistance to customers, visitors, staff, and community partners while supporting case management administration. Duties include answering calls, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, maintaining client and program files, entering data, tracking timesheets, managing office supplies, and delivering confidential, professional customer service. The role requires on-site attendance, collaboration with diverse populations, and occasional local driving to support office operations.
