Staff-level ML and agent systems engineer responsible for production model lifecycles, multi-step agentic systems, evaluations, retrieval and context engineering, and model cost and latency optimization. The role owns technical direction for Code Understanding products, improves model and agent quality, establishes evaluation and monitoring standards, mentors engineers, collaborates with customers, and delivers reliable AI-powered developer experiences at enterprise scale.

Manage a portfolio of 20–30 enterprise and commercial accounts, driving product adoption, monitoring health and usage data, identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and leading customer trainings, demos, business reviews, and QBRs. Partner with account executives and field engineers, communicate customer feedback internally, and help developers realize measurable value from Sourcegraph’s technical SaaS products.

Join the security team to run security operations, monitoring, incident response, application and infrastructure security reviews, bug bounty management, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Participate in on-call rotations, triage alerts, remediate vulnerabilities (libraries, images, containers), threat model systems, and integrate defensive tooling to protect SaaS and on-prem deployments.

Lead technical direction and execution for Code Plane products (Batch Changes, Agentic Batch Changes, Code Monitors, Code Insights, src CLI). Translate customer feedback into roadmap, ship agent-focused features, mentor engineers, own architecture and quality, participate in on-call, and partner with Product, Design, and Customer teams to deliver scalable AI-agent developer tools.

Build and operate Sourcegraph Cloud platform: develop inter-cloud connectivity, control plane orchestration, expose infrastructure APIs, debug and patch upstream IaC dependencies, ensure reliability and participate in on-call rotation to meet SLAs.

Technical Product Manager responsible for shaping and delivering developer-focused and AI-agent products. Work across multiple engineering teams to gather customer feedback, define requirements, prioritize work, guide features from experiment to GA, and enable go-to-market. Spend significant time with customers and engineers, translate technical constraints into product decisions, and establish scalable discovery, launch, and iteration processes.

Lead technical product marketing for Sourcegraph's developer-focused search and code change products. Translate product capabilities into messaging, run launches, enable enterprise sales, partner with Demand Gen and DevRel on campaigns, and measure revenue impact to shape GTM strategy.
