Own and evolve Sourcegraph’s governance, risk, and compliance program, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. Responsibilities include control design, audit preparation, evidence collection, testing, auditor coordination, remediation, risk-register and ISMS management, stakeholder training, customer compliance support, and roadmap development. The role also drives automation and process improvements while partnering cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the US West, from territory planning and outbound prospecting through complex negotiations and contract closure. Build relationships with engineering leaders and executives, exceed pipeline and revenue targets, develop champions, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with technical, product, legal, and engineering teams. The role also includes mentoring Account Executives and delivering customer feedback to influence product strategy.

The Commercial Account Executive will generate new business, build and advance pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, exceed revenue quotas, and close complex enterprise software deals. Responsibilities include engaging technical and executive stakeholders, presenting product value, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate forecasts, collaborating with engineering and product teams, providing customer feedback, and supporting the onboarding and development of new account executives.
