Provides Level 2 technical support by diagnosing and resolving moderate to complex incidents, fulfilling service requests, managing tickets, documenting resolutions, guiding users, and escalating issues when necessary. Supports Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, endpoint management, and cloud environments. Participates in on-call rotations, service improvement initiatives, IT projects, and 24/7 shift coverage.

Own and improve Charter’s HubSpot ecosystem, including CRM governance, automation, workflows, reporting, integrations, segmentation, attribution, and sales handoff. Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO, AI search visibility, paid acquisition, conversion tracking, and growth campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Analyze markets and campaign performance, support internal teams, maintain marketing SOPs, and ensure compliance for regulated education products.

Performs bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, payroll journal entries, sales tax reporting, collections, and financial record maintenance. Supports manufacturing-related accounting workflows involving orders, inventory, and assembly builds. Uses Wave, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and other accounting or ERP systems while communicating with customers and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
