Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding endorsements. Serve as the primary contact for clients, hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Maintain candidate pipelines, provide hiring updates, coordinate interviews, manage expectations, and ensure recruitment activities meet timelines and quality standards.

Coordinates multiple telecommunications and construction project teams, removes subcontractor-related barriers, tracks project status, maintains databases, and produces Excel reports. Manages contracts, purchase orders, submittals, project closeout manuals, vendor communications, and correspondence among contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors. Supports issue resolution and ensures projects meet quality and safety expectations.

Deploys, configures, tests, and maintains work-from-home PCs for employees. Provides initial setup support, troubleshoots connectivity, software, hardware, and system issues, and coordinates faulty equipment repairs or replacements with vendors or internal teams.
