Coordinate operations support by reconciling customer (P2) and internal (OFS) systems, documenting tasks and milestones with OPEs, ensuring accurate billing and production data capture, escalating schedule or budget risks, and serving as liaison between field personnel, area managers, and customers.

Review and QA budgets and forecasts across a commercial real estate portfolio; identify variances and missing inputs; support budget owners, consolidate P&Ls, maintain calendars and documentation, and improve budgeting tools and processes while collaborating with FP&A and other teams.

Support month-end close and AP operations: expense booking, bank and AP reconciliations, invoice processing, virtual card and employee reimbursements, bank/wire payments, reporting, audit support, file organization, and process improvements for accounting operations.
