Manages accounts receivable ledgers, collections, reconciliations, cash allocation, credit holds, account openings, credit assessments, and customer inquiries. The role maintains accurate accounts, resolves outstanding balances, meets collection KPIs, and supports projects in a high-volume environment.

Provides escalated technical support and leads a support services team serving 700+ employees across multiple locations. Oversees ticket triage, SLA compliance, hardware and software deployment, asset management, mobile device support, Microsoft platform administration, documentation, onboarding, training, process improvement, and customer experience. Mentors junior technicians, manages upgrades and inventories, participates in change control, and collaborates on IT projects and service improvements.

Monitor security tools, investigate alerts and suspicious emails, assess vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, escalate incidents, maintain patches, deliver security awareness training, and report on threats. The role supports incident response, access administration, security policy enforcement, privacy compliance, and implementation of enhanced security measures across corporate endpoints, applications, cloud environments, and networks.
