Build qualified sales pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting. Identify target accounts, qualify leads, conduct outreach by phone, email, and social media, uncover business needs, engage buying committees, and book discovery calls for senior sales representatives. Maintain activity metrics and sales documentation in CRM and sales tools, support event outreach, develop supply chain and procurement expertise, and represent SourceDay at occasional trade shows.

Own the platform layer: ERP integrations, data platform, and public API. Lead technical professional services, prioritize roadmap tradeoffs, define reliability and data quality standards, enable agentic access safely, measure integration and API health, and act as internal ERP subject-matter expert.
