Teams at Sourceability

Analyzes customer BOMs, RFQs, quotations, and semiconductor market data to identify and prioritize cost-saving and sourcing opportunities. Coordinates with Sales, Procurement, Buyers, and Supply Chain leadership to develop sourcing strategies, prepare profitable customer quotations, monitor supply risks, and improve processes. Supports customer-specific quote strategies, business reviews, and sourcing performance while maintaining expertise in electronic components and procurement practices.

Identifies and coordinates procurement cost-saving opportunities by analyzing customer BOMs, RFQs, component availability, lifecycle status, pricing, and semiconductor market trends. The role prioritizes sourcing opportunities, prepares customer quotations, collaborates with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams, maintains quote strategy files, and recommends process improvements. It requires strong BOM analysis, data analysis, sourcing, supplier relationship management, and knowledge of electronic components and global procurement.

Own and grow a focused portfolio of global OEM accounts across regions. Develop global account strategies, map production sites and EMS partners, engage C-suite stakeholders, lead QBRs, and deliver creative supply-chain and financial solutions. Coordinate with sourcing, sales, and business development teams worldwide, influence without formal authority, coach teams, maintain CRM discipline, and travel globally when needed.
