Serve as the functional NetSuite liaison for Finance, Operations, and other business teams. Gather requirements, write developer-ready specifications, configure workflows and permissions, manage tickets, conduct sandbox UAT, and approve releases. Support Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, reporting, integrations, month-end close, and audit impacts. Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Develop sales opportunities, grow and penetrate the Japan customer base, and exceed gross profit and revenue targets. Hire and manage the sales team, prepare management reports and presentations, and collaborate with department heads to resolve customer issues. The role requires at least five years of inside sales or account management experience, ideally in electronic components, strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales achievement, organization, and CRM proficiency.

Manage and grow customer accounts across China, serve as the primary customer contact, identify expansion opportunities, execute sales strategies, meet targets, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with sales, purchasing, operations, quality, and logistics teams. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, occasionally travel for customer engagements, and provide market feedback to support business decisions.
