Establish engineering standards for a new team, mentor junior engineers, customize customer implementations, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI through access controls, encryption, de-identification, and auditing. Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to translate data specifications into reliable pipelines.
