Lead the Ascend 2.0 upgrade from planning through delivery. Manage technical tasks, timelines, dependencies, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communications, scope negotiations, risks, and process improvements. The role requires senior project or program management experience in IT, strong communication and negotiation skills, strategic planning, and client-facing leadership. Pharma or life sciences commercial data and platform upgrade experience are preferred.

The Business Analyst defines data specifications and contracts, leads partner and customer working sessions, configures implementation settings, translates requirements for Data Engineers, validates incoming data with SQL, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, and tracks multiple customer onboarding projects.

Build and operate AWS-native data platforms for healthcare claims and tokenized datasets. Develop Spark pipelines on S3 and Parquet, implement tokenization and identity-matching workflows, orchestrate ETL with Airflow, optimize Spark and Athena performance, and contribute to dbt models. Ensure reliable, observable, privacy-focused data processing while collaborating with healthcare stakeholders and leading technical discussions.
