Design, build, and maintain desktop and mobile web features to drive fan engagement and creator support. Lead technical design, architecture, and web performance improvements, debug cross-browser issues, ensure accessibility and testing best practices, and collaborate with global product and engineering teams while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Design, build, and productionize end-to-end ML and LLM-powered recommendation features: architect data pipelines for massive datasets, train and serve models, integrate real-time stores and APIs, set up monitoring and A/B testing, debug distributed systems, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver scalable personalization.

Provide high-touch executive support to the COO & CTO: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate cross-time-zone meetings, prepare agendas and notes, track action items, own quarterly board logistics and materials, partner with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, maintain strict confidentiality, improve operational processes, and execute events and executive communications with polished professionalism.

Lead and scale SoundCloud's global programmatic advertising operations: manage partner integrations and relationships, troubleshoot delivery and reporting (including GAM), build documentation and playbooks, optimize yield and pricing, analyze performance with SQL and reporting tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve monetization across display, video, and audio formats.

Support monthly and annual close for distribution, premium artist, and advertising lines. Own revenue recognition, A/R, reconciliations between DSP reporting, royalties system and GL. Process invoices and payments, track advances/recoupments, maintain general ledger, and partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on accounting projects.

Build, scale, and maintain backend APIs and services for a global media streaming platform. Collaborate with client teams, ensure performance and reliability, debug complex distributed systems, participate in architecture and code reviews, and join on-call rotations to maintain service availability.
