Manage day-to-day coordination of the agency standards and compliance program. Develops agency standards, reviews contractor submittals, coordinates with authorities, performs field inspections, provides economic analysis, supports sustainability efforts, and participates in on-call, night, and weekend inspections.

Lead traction electrification engineering for transit systems, developing design criteria, reviewing contract deliverables, designing projects end-to-end, supporting construction, testing, commissioning, and operations, ensuring code compliance, cost analysis, and cross-agency coordination.

Prepare and manage total construction cost estimates across project design stages, integrate cost with scope, schedule, risk and resources, maintain cost databases, perform risk and contingency analysis using tools like @Risk or Crystal Ball, review consultant and contractor estimates, support negotiations, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with project delivery and external stakeholders to keep large-scale transit projects on budget and schedule.

Design and govern secure, scalable Azure-based enterprise solutions. Lead architectural reviews, coordinate cross-team integrations, drive standards and governance, mentor solution architects, support procurement and vendor reviews, and translate designs into operational deliverables while aligning technology with business strategy.

Lead and manage a portfolio of building and infrastructure projects across lifecycle phases. Oversee project and construction management staff, budgets, schedules, contracts, stakeholder engagement, design review, permitting, and compliance. Develop policies, prepare reports and board presentations, and ensure delivery of multi-modal expansion, enhancements, and state-of-good-repair projects while mentoring staff and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Lead end-to-end procurement and contract functions including preparing, issuing, awarding, administering, and closing complex contracts (technology, services, small construction). Advise project teams on procurement strategy, ensure compliance with state/federal and FTA requirements, perform cost/price analysis, negotiate terms and change orders, resolve disputes, and mentor junior staff.
