Teams at Sound Transit

Leads planning, design, environmental review, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, scheduling, and preliminary engineering for an assigned high-capacity transit corridor. Manages staff, consultants, contracts, community and government partnerships, regulatory compliance, project risks, and Board communications. Coordinates with engineering, construction, real estate, communications, and outreach teams to advance transit-oriented development and deliver project decisions, scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

Lead and drive high-priority, cross-functional agency programs: scope and execute strategic initiatives, coordinate planning/operations/finance/capital teams, manage milestones/risks/interdependencies, engage stakeholders, report to executive leadership, and champion equity, inclusion, and change management to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment.

Provides financial planning and analysis for long-term system planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and agency-wide issues. Develops cash flow and present/future value models, forecasts, variance analyses, KPI reporting, and cost-benefit analyses. Prepares budget documents, reconciles financial information, produces management reports, and supports financial systems implementations. Partners with agency departments, provides strategic financial guidance, presents analyses, and supports complex projects and FP&A activities.
