Leads government and community relations for the North Corridor, aligning capital delivery, CEO office, and engagement teams. Develops strategic engagement plans, advises leadership on political and stakeholder issues, coordinates with elected officials, tribes, agencies, and communities, prepares presentations and written materials, manages emerging risks, and supports communications strategy for major transit projects.

Administers, monitors, maintains, and supports complex enterprise systems and applications. Performs requirements analysis, system design, integrations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, licensing and budget tracking, and Level 2 support. Develops test scripts and technical manuals, monitors system performance, resolves application issues, and assists with systems administration and business technology support.

Manages medium- to large-scale data, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and technology projects. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, stakeholder and vendor coordination, requirements facilitation, solution evaluation, risk and budget tracking, testing and UAT coordination, implementation readiness, communications, and project closeout. The role works across business and technical teams to ensure requirements, decisions, deliverables, testing outcomes, and operational transitions are documented and aligned.
