Cuts raw poultry into specified shapes and sizes using sharp tools in a fast-paced, refrigerated assembly-line environment. Responsibilities include meeting production and quality standards, following food-safety and workplace procedures, maintaining product yields, wearing PPE, and performing repetitive cutting while standing for up to eight hours. The role offers six weeks of paid training at $16 per hour, with performance-based pay afterward.

Supervise second-shift QA operations in a poultry further-processing plant. Ensure compliance with USDA/FSIS, HACCP, SSOP, GMP, BRCGS, customer, and company standards; verify inspections, testing, documentation, sanitation, CCPs, and product releases. Lead QA technicians and inspectors, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions, support audits, analyze quality trends, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires regular production-floor work in refrigerated, wet, noisy conditions and occasional support for multiple shifts.
