SoulShine Farms is a poultry further-processing company headquartered in Gainesville, Georgia. Founded in 2018, it has grown into a local industry leader, operating three processing plants across Gainesville and Carthage, Mississippi. The company processes more than six million pounds of protein weekly, with production focused on large-scale poultry handling and value-added protein processing in facilities totaling 185,000 square feet of production space.
