Supports freight brokerage customers by providing shipment updates, resolving issues, coordinating with facilities and internal teams, processing orders, scheduling appointments, updating portals, entering data, and maintaining strong shipper relationships. The role delivers customer service through phone and email, identifies solutions proactively, and helps ensure efficient operational flow of loads.

Analyzes and improves warehouse, distribution, transportation, and logistics operations through Lean and Six Sigma methods. Leads continuous improvement projects, workflow studies, layout and capacity planning, labor analysis, dashboard development, and ROI evaluations. Partners cross-functionally on facility optimization, automation, process implementation, and change management while validating sustained productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvements.

Develop and maintain backend server applications supporting warehouse automation and logistics systems. Responsibilities include implementing business logic, integrations, database functionality, pathing and routing logic, automated tests, and DevOps processes. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, monitoring, error handling, maintainability, and production troubleshooting. Collaboration with software, web, automation, and operations teams is required, along with occasional on-site customer or project support in warehouse and industrial environments.

Develops and maintains Power BI, SQL Server, SSRS, and Excel reporting solutions. Transforms operational data into trusted datasets, models, dashboards, and analytical tools; manages Power BI resources; ensures data quality, governance, testing, security, and documentation; and partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights. Coaches users on data-driven management and evaluates AI-enabled analytics and natural-language data access technologies.
