Hands-on specialist investigating, troubleshooting, and improving robotic pallet-handling systems. Responsibilities include observing live equipment, reproducing failures, analyzing root causes and reliability trends, communicating findings, implementing PLC and system changes, and validating corrective actions. The role requires routinely working at heights up to 60 feet, accessing machinery, handling equipment up to 60 pounds, and following strict safety procedures.

Creates and maintains 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, component libraries, layouts, and technical documentation for equipment, facilities, automation systems, and real estate assets. Establishes drawing standards, revision control, file organization, and archival processes. Develops models from physical measurements, STEP files, sketches, and supplier documentation. Collaborates with engineers, architects, manufacturers, contractors, and technical personnel while evaluating CAD and document-management tools.

Supports freight brokerage customers by providing shipment updates, resolving issues, coordinating with facilities and internal teams, processing orders, scheduling appointments, updating portals, entering data, and maintaining strong shipper relationships. The role delivers customer service through phone and email, identifies solutions proactively, and helps ensure efficient operational flow of loads.
