The role emphasizes upstream strategic positioning rather than campaign or go-to-market ownership, requiring strong cross-functional leadership, product storytelling, process design, and team management.

Leads new product introduction from program start through manufacturing, owning schedules, budgets, deliverables, product costs, and launch readiness. Manages cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers through DFM, prototype and pilot builds, reliability testing, and manufacturing readiness. Identifies and mitigates program risks, improves NPI processes, and ensures volume, quality, and cost targets are achieved. Build and maintain marketing technology integrations, consent handling, event tracking, customer data pipelines, and reverse ETL workflows. Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, SQL, and dbt solutions connecting websites with Chord, Braze, OneTrust, Snowflake, and related platforms. Test browser behavior, data accuracy, and performance while supporting deployments, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with web platform and product teams.

Build and maintain responsive web experiences for Sonos Pro, including storefronts, account portals, marketing pages, product launches, purchasing journeys, trial signup, and customer self-service features.
