Coordinates the UK employee lifecycle, serving as a first point of contact for onboarding, leave, benefits, employee changes, and offboarding. Maintains accurate employee records and reporting in Workday, supports payroll inputs and global People programs, assists Talent Acquisition events, helps employees navigate UK policies, and identifies process improvements. The role requires knowledge of UK employment processes, strong organization and communication skills, and at least two years of relevant HR experience.

Lead the architecture, design, simulation, integration, and validation of passive acoustic elements and high-frequency transducers for premium consumer audio products. Develop waveguides, horns, ports, phase plugs, and enclosure geometries; optimize directivity, frequency response, and distortion using FEA/BEM and acoustic measurements. Collaborate with audio systems, mechanical engineering, and industrial design teams to deliver soundbars, loudspeakers, and home theater products from concept through mass production.

Manages global electro-mechanical supplier relationships, negotiations, sourcing strategies, supply-chain continuity, capacity planning, sourcing data, risk mitigation, and new product introduction support. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, material planning, finance, and design teams from product launch through end of life. The role independently manages complex sourcing projects, evaluates supplier and technical risks, and supports resilient, cost-effective supply networks.
