Leads Sonos’ global enterprise technology organization of approximately 150 employees across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture. Sets enterprise technology strategy, owns ERP, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain, finance, customer service, and revenue systems, and operationalizes AI and automation. Oversees data platforms, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, vendors, investment planning, SOX controls, and SEC incident readiness while partnering with executive leadership to improve customer and business outcomes.

Leads Sonos’ strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, corporate development screening, M&A diligence, and GTM partnership function. The role closes high-impact deals with platform, content, ecosystem, and technology partners; develops licensing and revenue-share opportunities; translates partnerships into measurable business outcomes; and builds a high-performing business development team. The leader collaborates with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Revenue, executives, bankers, founders, and external counterparties.

Leads corporate accounting automation using AI, scripting, workflow design, and financial systems integrations. Owns consolidations, technical accounting, lease and software capitalization, compensation accounting, external reporting, audit support, reconciliations, and SOX-compliant controls. Builds dashboards, exception reporting, automated variance commentary, and scalable workpapers while partnering with Finance Systems, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT, Data, and auditors.
