Teams at Sonos

Owns regulatory compliance for Sonos products across design, production, and global market expansion. Responsibilities include planning and executing safety, EMC, energy efficiency, and wireless certification testing; coordinating third-party labs, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams; analyzing test data; preparing regulatory submissions; managing compliance risks and schedules; and supporting product certifications and renewals.

Leads new product introduction from program start through manufacturing, owning schedules, budgets, deliverables, product costs, and launch readiness. Manages cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers through DFM, prototype and pilot builds, reliability testing, and manufacturing readiness. Identifies and mitigates program risks, improves NPI processes, and ensures volume, quality, and cost targets are achieved. The role requires executive-level communication and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners.

Develop and support Salesforce capabilities for Sonos’s B2B Dealer Portal and partner workflows, including ordering, onboarding, quoting, account self-service, and integrations. Build solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and standard Salesforce features. Contribute to design, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, data quality, platform reliability, and AI-enabled Agentforce functionality while collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, engineers, and operations teams.
