The Corporate Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for sales and leadership roles, focusing on strategic partnerships, talent sourcing, and pipeline management, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and optimal outcomes.

Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling and payments, support sales consultants and administrative tasks, handle patient inquiries and follow-ups, assist with quotes/consent forms, and identify patient success stories for online endorsements.

Lead brand and advertising strategy for a scaled consumer-facing healthcare brand. Build positioning, messaging architecture, and integrated campaign briefs across TV, video, digital, social, and direct response. Manage external agencies, oversee campaign development and production, lead a small internal team, partner with media and analytics to tie creative to performance, and ensure brand and performance advertising are integrated to drive business outcomes.

Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll; maintain timekeeping and deductions; ensure compliance with laws and company policy; create payroll journal entries; issue off-cycle checks; reconcile HSA deposits; manage payroll inquiries and reports; update procedures; lead process improvements and special projects.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance and ROI analyses, executive reporting, and KPI/dashboard creation. Partner with business leaders, support investor/lender requests, drive process improvement and automation using financial systems (Adaptive Insights, Acumatica, Excel) and BI tools, and mentor colleagues to improve financial literacy and decision-making.

Lead and develop the FP&A team while driving forecasting, annual planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting. Provide strategic decision support, build dashboards and scalable FP&A processes (Power BI, Adaptive Planning), partner with operations and accounting, and deliver timely analyses and presentations for executive leadership, investors, and lenders.

Own and deliver small-to-medium OutSystems low-code solutions from design through production. Implement OutSystems Reactive Web apps, troubleshoot integrations and APIs, lead incident triage/on-call rotation, improve reliability and observability, mentor junior developers, contribute to design docs and documentation, and partner with product/design to balance tradeoffs and platform constraints.

Lead IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, networking, identity, and endpoints for multi-site clinics. Oversee Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Meraki, security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC), SLA/KPI reporting, incident resolution, vulnerability management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and staff leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology services.
