Develop and support a business-critical OutSystems 11 application, owning technical design, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintainability improvements. Optimize SQL Server queries, support production issues, conduct code and design reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders on requirements and roadmaps. The role also establishes engineering standards, documentation, release discipline, and scalable practices for long-term application health.

Lead IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, networking, identity, and endpoints for multi-site clinics. Oversee Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Meraki, security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC), SLA/KPI reporting, incident resolution, vulnerability management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and staff leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology services.
