Leads the accounting and finance function, managing staff, AP, AR, payroll, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, controls, banking, compliance, tax filings, HR benefits, and insurance. Oversees GAAP-compliant financial statements, accounting systems, process improvements, financial analysis, and operational metrics while reporting to the CEO and supporting capitalization and organizational strategy.

Provide multichannel customer support through calls, email, live chat, outreach, and social media. Resolve issues on first contact, build lasting customer relationships, follow through on commitments, maintain service policies, complete managerial requests, and help improve the customer experience. The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, typing speed, customer service expertise, and a strong work ethic.
