Leads the accounting and finance team, overseeing accounting operations, AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, banking, controls, compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and tax filings. Manages staff and outsourced functions, implements scalable accounting systems and processes, provides financial analysis and operating metrics, and supports capital investments, contract negotiations, and organizational strategy while reporting to the CEO.

Provide multichannel customer support through calls, email, live chat, outreach, and social media. Resolve issues on first contact, build lasting customer relationships, follow through on commitments, maintain service policies, complete managerial requests, and help improve the customer experience.
