Manages staff and outsourced functions, implements scalable accounting systems and processes, provides financial analysis and operating metrics, and supports capital investments, contract negotiations, and organizational strategy while reporting to the CEO.

Provide multichannel customer support through calls, email, live chat, outreach, and social media.
