Lead design and delivery of agentic-first capabilities in Nexus Repository Manager: architect multi-agent subsystems, own product area execution, define verification and eval harnesses, ensure security/reliability for software supply chain features, and mentor senior engineers while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead Sonatype’s Velocity Account Executive team, driving high-volume transactional sales, quota attainment, pipeline generation, deal coaching, forecasting, and CRM discipline. Build scalable sales operating models, onboarding programs, outbound playbooks, territory guardrails, and AI-enabled workflows. Recruit, coach, and retain early-career sellers while partnering with RevOps, Marketing, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to improve deal velocity and create a strong internal talent pipeline.
