Drives culture, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives across global teams. Analyzes employee feedback, engagement surveys, and workforce trends; develops dashboards, recommendations, and action plans; supports change management, communications, manager enablement, and organizational effectiveness programs. Partners with People teams, Communications, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to improve engagement, alignment, inclusion, and workplace culture.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications for software supply chain security solutions. Develop React front ends and Java back ends, design APIs and microservices, integrate relational databases, and deploy cloud-native systems using AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes. Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams across the software development lifecycle while improving security, performance, automation, CI/CD, and testing practices.

Own the core Nexus Repository product roadmap and feature execution. Define product objectives, measure adoption and performance, remove delivery bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales engineering, support, and customer success. The role requires technical fluency in software development, enterprise compliance, artifact repositories, and SDLC security controls, plus strong ownership and stakeholder management.
