Develop and optimize multi-axis CNC mill programs (3-,4-,5-axis) from CAD (CATIA/Mastercam), create setup sheets and tool lists, verify via simulation and shop proofing, select tooling/feeds and speeds, collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to support production and new product introductions.

Serve as the customer point of contact to process sales orders, resolve requests and complaints, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and purchasing; manage POs, AOGs, expediting, and ERP-based status reporting. Proactively monitor delivery schedules, negotiate due dates, track expedite costs, and maintain long-term customer relationships while supporting production control and capacity management in a manufacturing environment.

Liaise with production, scheduling, shipping and purchasing, manage AOGs and short flows, use ERP and system reports to track orders, and proactively communicate status and solutions to customers while supporting continuous improvement and quality standards.

Create, update, and optimize NC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis and sheet metal parts; plan production setups; produce shop drawings, setup sheets, and tooling lists; support operators with troubleshooting, tool/method tests, and program updates to current standards.

Program and modify 3/4- and 5-axis high-speed machining centers using CATIA datasets and Mastercam. Interpret drawings, datasets, and CMM reports to develop programs, create setup sheets, verify initial setups, and troubleshoot machining/quality issues. Maintain program libraries, DPD/PCMS work instructions, participate in audits and root-cause corrective actions, and collaborate with engineers, production, and quality teams. Use precision measuring instruments and apply GD&T and machining math.

Perform set-up and operation of forming machines (hydraulic shear, chop saw, forklift usage), inspect first parts, perform 100% part inspection, complete production documentation, perform minor machine maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities to meet quality and on-time delivery targets.

Manage import/export compliance, documentation, and customs processes. Maintain tariff classifications, coordinate with brokers, support duty refunds, analyze duty spend, partner with supply chain, ensure ITAR/EAR/OFAC compliance, and support audits and training.

Manage and execute engineering sustainment projects for F/A-18 & EA-18G at NAS North Island. Define project scope, schedules, specifications, tests, staffing, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional engineering and logistics teams, resolve issues, control design and schedule changes, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Provide tier 1 technical support for desktop hardware, OS, and applications via phone, email, and walk-ups; troubleshoot, document solutions in a knowledge base, maintain software license compliance, track metrics, and assist IT staff with escalations and other duties.

Assist in the assembly of aerospace components, including drilling, deburring, and using blueprints to ensure quality and compliance.

Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machining centers, load and cycle machines, read blueprints and tolerances, monitor part quality, deburr and blend parts, perform daily machine maintenance, complete production paperwork, maintain a clean safe work area, and meet production quotas with reliable attendance.

Operate and set up sheetmetal forming equipment, perform first-part checks and 100% inspections, use measuring tools and blueprints, complete production documentation, perform minor machine maintenance, follow safety and quality procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and team activities.

Lead and coordinate daily sheetmetal/forming production activities, supervise and train staff, ensure safety and quality standards, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implement lean improvements, monitor performance and inventory, and support supervisors to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals.

Operate CNC and conventional machines to fabricate and inspect production parts. Load/unload and cycle machines, deburr and finish parts, perform daily machine maintenance, read blueprints, use measuring tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting quality and on-time delivery.

Support NAVAIR F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team by coordinating logistics for structural, avionics, RDT&E, SLAP/SLEP, OOR, and ISR efforts. Manage kitting operations, track over 4,000 components across 361 part numbers, coordinate procurement, inventory control, manufacturing collaboration, and outbound logistics to meet mission timelines and readiness.

The Key Accounts Manager will manage key customer relationships, ensure contract compliance, drive profitability, and collaborate with various teams to meet customer needs.

Designs, implements and maintains enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, SD‑WAN and fibre channel storage networks across multiple sites.
