Support NAVAIR F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team performing engineering testing, troubleshooting, OTPS/TPS development, ATE operation/repair, configuration management (CMPro), QA inspections, provisioning, and documentation for avionics, radar, weapons, and communications systems.

Create and manage production and sales orders, maintain dispatch lists and daily metrics, review forecasts and customer dates, coordinate schedules with Operations, Engineering and CSRs, and resolve scheduling, planning and purchasing issues to meet production goals and customer service targets. Onsite presence required.

Lead cross-functional Quality Clinic to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and eliminate non-conformances. Maintain procedures, analyze process capability using statistical methods, track metrics, mentor team members, chair RCCA meetings, and drive continuous improvement in aerospace manufacturing.

Serve as the customer point of contact to process sales orders, resolve requests and complaints, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and purchasing; manage POs, AOGs, expediting, and ERP-based status reporting. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for sheet metal and aluminum extrusion parts, focusing on stretch forming (various presses), heat treatment, tooling, NPI, process monitoring, cost reduction, and cross-functional coordination to move programs from prototype to full-rate production.

Perform set-up and operation of forming machines (hydraulic shear, chop saw, forklift usage), inspect first parts, perform 100% part inspection, complete production documentation, perform minor machine maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities to meet quality and on-time delivery targets.

Provide tier 1 technical support for desktop hardware, OS, and applications via phone, email, and walk-ups; troubleshoot, document solutions in a knowledge base, maintain software license compliance, track metrics, and assist IT staff with escalations and other duties.

Manage and execute engineering sustainment projects for F/A-18 & EA-18G at NAS North Island. Define project scope, schedules, specifications, tests, staffing, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional engineering and logistics teams, resolve issues, control design and schedule changes, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Support engineering by reviewing non-conformance tags, generating supporting data packages, assisting process improvements, troubleshooting equipment, improving plant layouts, and documenting processes and trainings while modeling company values.

Assist in the assembly of aerospace components, including drilling, deburring, and using blueprints to ensure quality and compliance.

Operate and set up sheetmetal forming equipment, perform first-part checks and 100% inspections, use measuring tools and blueprints, complete production documentation, perform minor machine maintenance, follow safety and quality procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and team activities.

The Configuration Management Analyst will develop and maintain configuration management systems, policies, and tools for cybersecurity, manage documentation, and collaborate with IT teams, requiring 3 years of relevant experience.

Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machining centers, load and cycle machines, read blueprints and tolerances, monitor part quality, deburr and blend parts, perform daily machine maintenance, complete production paperwork, maintain a clean safe work area, and meet production quotas with reliable attendance.

Lead and coordinate daily sheetmetal/forming production activities, supervise and train staff, ensure safety and quality standards, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implement lean improvements, monitor performance and inventory, and support supervisors to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals.

Program CNC multi-axis mills using Catia and CAD/CAM, create toolpaths and setup sheets, verify programs via simulation/first article inspection, optimize feeds/speeds and fixturing, collaborate with engineering and operations to support manufacturing and resolve quality issues.

Designs, implements and maintains enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, SD‑WAN and fibre channel storage networks across multiple sites. Creates architecture, documentation, monitoring, and security procedures; performs troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinates wiring and provider circuits. Supports IT projects and improves network efficiency, scalability and security.

Manage strategic customer relationships and drive contract profitability from business development through program execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams (estimating, contracts, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance), forecast sales, support SIOPs, manage contract changes and claims, lead a commercial/contract administration team, and support proposals and process improvement.

Create and maintain production planning documentation and BOMs, generate manufacturing plans and rework orders, coordinate engineering questions with customers and departments, validate vendors, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and revision changes.

Support and maintain the Quality Management System by interpreting customer contracts and engineering data, creating inspection/FAI plans, conducting process and product audits, leading corrective actions and continuous improvement, supporting design reviews, and using SPC and other statistical tools to analyze process capability and performance.

Lead site manufacturing operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, ensure safety and environmental compliance, coordinate departments (composite fabrication, testing, quality), drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, manage labor and financials, and oversee facilities and information systems to meet delivery schedules.
