Lead assembly team in aerospace production performing drilling, riveting, bonding and finishing tasks. Provide on-the-job training, enforce safety and quality, assign work, support continuous improvement, assist supervisor with performance reviews, and act as safety monitor and temporary supervisor when needed.

Serve as the customer point of contact to process sales orders, resolve requests and complaints, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and purchasing; manage POs, AOGs, expediting, and ERP-based status reporting. Proactively monitor delivery schedules, negotiate due dates, track expedite costs, and maintain long-term customer relationships while supporting production control and capacity management in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for sheet metal and aluminum extrusion parts, focusing on stretch forming (various presses), heat treatment, tooling, NPI, process monitoring, cost reduction, and cross-functional coordination to move programs from prototype to full-rate production.

The Configuration Management Analyst will develop and maintain configuration management systems, policies, and tools for cybersecurity, manage documentation, and collaborate with IT teams, requiring 3 years of relevant experience.
