Manages production control, materials management, inventory, procurement processes, shipping and receiving, and on-time delivery performance in an aerospace manufacturing facility. Leads departmental personnel, improves ERP and inventory processes, supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, ensures quality and compliance, coordinates with internal departments and external customers, and develops strategies to improve delivery, profitability, and quality.

Lead aerospace manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, coordinating engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, proposals, and production teams. Manage customer relationships, contract deviations, program finances, KPIs, schedules, risks, reporting, escalations, and recovery actions. Create, modify, and interpret 2D mechanical drawings and 3D CAD models using Creo and/or SolidWorks. Support the engineering product lifecycle for naval aircraft systems, including design, production, sustainment, and obsolescence. Build and manage bills of materials, parts lists, and drawing trees while applying MIL-SPEC and ASME standards. Collaborate effectively with the Fleet Support Team and work independently in an office environment.

Supports NAVAIR’s F/A-18 and EA-18G Fleet Support Team by planning and executing aircraft sustainment and engineering development projects. Develops specifications, technical studies, tests, schedules, staffing plans, status reports, and project documentation. Coordinates cross-functional engineering and logistics teams, monitors progress, resolves issues, manages changes, and communicates with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Manage import/export compliance, documentation, and customs processes. Maintain tariff classifications, coordinate with brokers, support duty refunds, analyze duty spend, partner with supply chain, ensure ITAR/EAR/OFAC compliance, and support audits and training.

Supports aerospace engineering projects through technical documentation, research, data gathering, CAD drawing creation, simulations, analysis, project scheduling, quality inspections, and technical reviews. Provides administrative and technical documentation support while collaborating with engineering teams. Requires current enrollment in an aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering degree program, strong academics, CAD familiarity, analytical ability, teamwork, and communication skills.

Lead aerospace manufacturing programs and projects from planning through execution, tracking schedules, risks, financial margins, delivery, quality, and KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, proposals, and production. Manage customer relationships and contract deviations when assigned, provide project status reporting, escalate complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical skills, leadership without formal authority, and experience managing international manufacturing projects.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for sheet metal and aluminum extrusion parts, focusing on stretch forming (various presses), heat treatment, tooling, NPI, process monitoring, cost reduction, and cross-functional coordination to move programs from prototype to full-rate production.

Manage and execute engineering sustainment projects for F/A-18 & EA-18G at NAS North Island. Define project scope, schedules, specifications, tests, staffing, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional engineering and logistics teams, resolve issues, control design and schedule changes, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Support NAVAIR FRCSW by developing and maintaining configuration management systems, CM plans, toolsets, and baselines. Manage lifecycle of hardware/software items, maintain CM documentation library, collaborate with IT operations, and implement cybersecurity CM workflows. Requires use of Atlassian Jira, SharePoint, Planner, Office 365, and Power Apps.

The Key Accounts Manager will manage key customer relationships, ensure contract compliance, drive profitability, and collaborate with various teams to meet customer needs.

The Project Manager oversees programs and projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial profitability while managing multi-functional teams and tracking key performance indicators.

Lead plant financial activities including job costing, inventory valuation, GAAP-compliant financial statements, monthly reporting and forecasting, budget preparation, capital expenditure reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, SOX support, and audit responses to drive cost-effective, profitable plant performance.
