Manages production control, materials management, inventory, procurement processes, shipping and receiving, and on-time delivery performance in an aerospace manufacturing facility. Leads departmental personnel, improves ERP and inventory processes, supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, ensures quality and compliance, coordinates with internal departments and external customers, and develops strategies to improve delivery, profitability, and quality.

Lead aerospace manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, coordinating engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, proposals, and production teams. Manage customer relationships, contract deviations, program finances, KPIs, schedules, risks, reporting, escalations, and recovery actions. Drive cross-functional collaboration, milestone completion, customer satisfaction, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives while reporting program status to management.

Create, modify, and interpret 2D mechanical drawings and 3D CAD models using Creo and/or SolidWorks. Support the engineering product lifecycle for naval aircraft systems, including design, production, sustainment, and obsolescence. Build and manage bills of materials, parts lists, and drawing trees while applying MIL-SPEC and ASME standards. Collaborate effectively with the Fleet Support Team and work independently in an office environment.
