Develop and optimize multi-axis CNC mill programs (3-,4-,5-axis) from CAD (CATIA/Mastercam), create setup sheets and tool lists, verify via simulation and shop proofing, select tooling/feeds and speeds, collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to support production and new product introductions.

Serve as the customer point of contact to process sales orders, resolve requests and complaints, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and purchasing; manage POs, AOGs, expediting, and ERP-based status reporting. Proactively monitor delivery schedules, negotiate due dates, track expedite costs, and maintain long-term customer relationships while supporting production control and capacity management in a manufacturing environment.

Serve as primary customer contact to process sales orders, resolve requests/complaints, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. Liaise with production, scheduling, shipping and purchasing, manage AOGs and short flows, use ERP and system reports to track orders, and proactively communicate status and solutions to customers while supporting continuous improvement and quality standards.
