Lead aerospace manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, coordinating engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, proposals, and production teams. Manage customer relationships, contract deviations, program finances, KPIs, schedules, risks, reporting, escalations, and recovery actions. Drive cross-functional collaboration, milestone completion, customer satisfaction, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives while reporting program status to management.

Leads aerospace and defense programs from planning through execution, managing schedules, milestones, customer relationships, contracts, financial performance, KPIs, and recovery actions. Coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and production; provides program reporting to management; escalates complex issues; and drives continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and business operations skills, along with experience managing international manufacturing programs.

Supervise manufacturing operations across assembly, machining, or processing, ensuring safety, quality, throughput, and delivery performance. Plan production schedules, manage work teams, monitor operational metrics, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, quality, and EH&S requirements. Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, corrective actions, employee training, cross-training, performance evaluations, and process documentation.
