Supervise Certified Peer Specialist Mentors providing mental health support to teens, ensure clinical safety and professionalism, coach and document mentor performance, provide regular updates to Clinical Ops, and oversee evening supervision schedule.

Provide clinical supervision for Peer Support Specialist Mentors (evening schedule), ensure safety and clinical effectiveness, coach and manage mentor professionalism, maintain high-quality documentation, report supervisee health to Head of Clinical Ops, and occasionally support higher-acuity teens or a small clinical caseload.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, operations, growth, clinical, and executive roles. Build recruiting infrastructure (ATS, processes, scorecards), source and close candidates, train interviewers, develop talent brand, advise the CEO on org design and compensation, and hire and lead a recruiting team as the company scales.

Lead company-wide design for mobile, web, clinical tooling, and brand. Define design strategy and roadmap, build and govern a design system, set craft standards, ship high-quality product work, be hands-on initially, then hire and grow a 3-5 person design team, and partner with product, engineering, clinical ops, and the CEO to ground design in user needs.

Lead and scale the end-to-end care delivery operation for a teen mental-health platform: manage mentor workforce, credentialing, quality and safety controls, operational systems and dashboards, partner implementations, unit economics, and a growing operations team to enable compliant, scalable, multi-state delivery.

Supervise and support Certified Peer Specialist Mentors during evening shifts, ensure clinical safety and effectiveness, coach for professionalism and role adherence, provide high-quality documentation and regular updates to Clinical Ops leadership, and optionally carry a small adolescent caseload.

Own end-to-end development of React Native mobile experiences and mentor tools. Ship performant, pixel-perfect iOS/Android features, integrate APIs, improve onboarding and safety workflows, collaborate with design/product/ops, run user conversations, and maintain scalable code and CI/CD pipelines.

Lead development of mentor-facing web experiences: design and ship polished, performant, accessible React UIs; build full-stack features, integrate APIs and real-time data, improve workflows and safety tooling, collaborate with design/product/ops, and maintain scalable code and CI/CD practices.
