Lead Somethings' brand and commercial marketing to health plans, state partners, and the public. Own positioning, content, PR, conferences, ABM, LinkedIn, and performance channels to drive pipeline and cultural relevance while building marketing systems and sales enablement.

Supervise and support Certified Peer Specialist Mentors during evening shifts, ensure clinical safety and effectiveness, coach for professionalism and role adherence, provide high-quality documentation and regular updates to Clinical Ops leadership, and optionally carry a small adolescent caseload.

Lead company-wide design for mobile, web, clinical tooling, and brand. Define design strategy and roadmap, build and govern a design system, set craft standards, ship high-quality product work, be hands-on initially, then hire and grow a 3-5 person design team, and partner with product, engineering, clinical ops, and the CEO to ground design in user needs.
