Provides comprehensive psychosocial and mental health care including intake and risk assessments, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, care coordination with psychiatrists and community providers, EHR documentation, and participation in interdisciplinary teams and trainings.

Provide peer-based behavioral health and substance use support using lived experience. Work with clinical teams to assist inpatient and community crisis clients, co-facilitate groups, perform basic vitals and documentation, coordinate appointments, provide outreach, implement safety plans, and support recovery-focused education and advocacy.

Provides psychosocial and mental health care for clients with co-occurring disorders: conducts intake and risk assessments, develops treatment plans, delivers individual, family, and group therapy, coordinates care with psychiatrists and medical providers, documents in EHR, and participates on interdisciplinary teams and trainings.
