Leads community engagement, outreach, advocacy, and stakeholder relations for a behavioral health organization. Builds partnerships, facilitates the Member Advisory Council, gathers and analyzes client feedback, identifies barriers to care, and supports quality improvement and strategic planning. Supervises Community Liaisons and Health Navigators while representing the organization at community meetings, forums, and outreach events.

Provides non-clinical peer support to individuals recovering from mental illness and substance use disorders. Duties include client advocacy, recovery education, support groups, appointment coordination, treatment-plan participation, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams. Higher-level responsibilities include mentoring peer specialists, analyzing system data, supporting department planning, community needs assessments, policy advocacy, and supervision.
