Lead and develop an APAC engineering team to implement, integrate, troubleshoot, and support Solventum HIS applications across Clinician Productivity and Revenue Cycle. Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, engage customers and stakeholders, act as escalation point, drive risk resolution and governance, and contribute hands-on to complex implementations and go-live activities.

Serve as the Business Product & Process Owner for enterprise ELN/LIMS, define vision and roadmap, translate lab workflows into requirements, prioritize product backlog, align R&D/Quality/IT, support validation and change readiness, and drive adoption and measurable value across laboratory processes.

Review inpatient records to ensure accurate, complete clinical documentation for SOI, ROM, quality outcomes, medical necessity, and reimbursement. Perform concurrent/retrospective reviews, initiate physician queries, collaborate with coding staff, monitor documentation trends, conduct clinical validation for high-risk diagnoses, participate in rounds and education, and support denial prevention and documentation improvement initiatives.
