Lead Advance Wound Care sales across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh; generate business from corporate and government accounts; implement sales and marketing strategy; manage channel sales, forecasting and regional sales activities; coach and develop the sales team; collaborate with marketing, finance, distribution and service. Hybrid role based in Delhi with up to 30% domestic travel.

Provide L3 enterprise product support: resolve incidents within SLA, perform root cause analysis, document tickets, participate in rollouts and testing, and contribute to the Knowledge Base.

Lead SAP BASIS and BTP administration for on-premise S/4, GTS and cloud solutions (BTP, IBP, Ariba). Support incidents, transports, batch jobs, system refreshes, tuning, DR drills, and maintain RISE with SAP landscape with GxP compliance. Provide integration suite, Cloud Connector, CI-DS, and SSO administration; participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.
