Design, develop, and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models; build and optimize ETL/data pipelines with SQL and Python; architect cloud data solutions (Snowflake/Azure/Databricks); integrate APIs and AI/ML insights (predictive, NLQ, generative AI); lead data governance, quality assessments, and enable self-service analytics.

Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the technology portfolio. Provide financial advisory for IT investments, own monthly reporting and variance analysis, manage vendor/contract finances, drive process improvements and automation, and deliver executive-level dashboards and insights to support prioritization and resource allocation across IT.

Serve as a subject-matter expert in clinical coding and health information management, partner with clients to discover workflows, implement best-practice configurations, drive adoption and optimization, advocate and escalate client issues, track KPIs and client satisfaction, provide training/auditing, and support product and industry updates.
