Leads Solve Studio projects from approved brief through final delivery. Creates project plans, timelines, and workback schedules; coordinates teams, reviews, resources, approvals, dependencies, and status updates. Identifies risks, manages competing priorities, maintains Workfront project integrity, supports client responsiveness, and drives workflow improvements. Partners with account, creative, studio operations, technology, and production teams to improve delivery processes and integrate AI-driven tools.

Serves as the primary client contact and trusted marketing advisor, translating business needs into creative briefs and actionable project plans. Manages agency workflows, project scope, timelines, stakeholder feedback, approvals, documentation, risks, resourcing, estimates, and budgets. Partners with creative, project management, and operations teams to deliver high-quality marketing work while supporting campaign strategy, client satisfaction, and financial stewardship.

Develop and deploy EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. Lead audits, assessments, incident investigations, ergonomics initiatives, and management reviews. Advise on EHS risks for equipment, processes, product introductions, capital projects, and management-of-change activities. Track metrics, report results to management, implement improvements, and collaborate with repair, manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams.
