Builds and leads the segment finance organization while establishing scalable processes, controls, reporting, and unit-rate data for high-voltage and specialty electrical construction.

Provides administrative and logistical support to construction project management and field teams at jobsites. Responsibilities include maintaining office trailers, coordinating deliveries and equipment repairs, managing inventory and supplies, tracking access and sign-in logs, administering safety documentation and orientations, processing mail, and communicating material, equipment, subcontractor, and project updates. Frequent nationwide travel is required.

Leads commercial contract strategy, negotiation, administration, governance, and risk management for complex customer, supplier, subcontractor, and partnership agreements.
