Maintain high-quality account intelligence while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, consultants, leadership, and partners.

Leads multiple financial services digital transformation engagements, owning scope, budgets, schedules, quality, client communication, delivery governance, and escalations. Builds project and release plans, manages Agile/Scrum delivery in Jira, tracks budgets and forecasts, coordinates go-live and post-launch support, and oversees invoicing and project closure. Coaches project managers and requires strong technical, presentation, bilingual communication, and client management skills.

Architects and implements Creatio CRM solutions, leads enterprise integrations, translates technical concepts for clients, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role partners with client IT teams, mentors junior consultants, contributes to knowledge-sharing initiatives, and supports full implementation lifecycles. Deep Creatio expertise, advanced certification, CRM implementation leadership, integration experience, and EST time-zone overlap are required.
