Supports the President through executive prioritization, communication filtering, calendar and inbox management, travel and expense administration, document preparation, meeting documentation, and confidential initiative tracking. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, maintains task visibility, organizes files in Confluence, and proactively resolves or escalates matters to keep the President focused on strategic priorities.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, reference checks, and recruitment metrics. Handle general HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employee inquiries, personnel records, benefits and policy guidance, and labor-law compliance. Partner with managers on staffing needs while managing multiple recruitment and employee-support priorities.

Architects and implements Creatio CRM solutions, leads enterprise integrations, translates technical concepts for clients, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role partners with client IT teams, mentors junior consultants, contributes to knowledge-sharing initiatives, and supports full implementation lifecycles. Deep Creatio expertise, advanced certification, CRM implementation leadership, integration experience, and EST time-zone overlap are required.
