Manage and process sales orders for national retail accounts, including validating pricing and quantities, processing manual and EDI orders in Great Plains, coordinating shipping and product flow, maintaining customer records and price lists, handling inquiries, claims, returns, and reports, and supporting sales and operations teams.

Own the end-to-end logistics function, including freight strategy, carrier and contract negotiations, KPI reporting, and 3PL performance. Lead logistics projects and vendor relationships while cross-training as backup for forecasting and purchasing. Partner on inventory decisions, coordinate cross-functionally, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, familiarity with Incoterms and freight contracts, and the ability to structure ambiguous processes.
