Lead FP&A for a mid-size multinational: manage budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly reporting and consolidation, analyze financial results, prepare executive reporting, support strategic decision-making, and manage/develop a small finance team while ensuring strong internal controls and timely ad-hoc financial analysis.

Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the ERP, manage SKU setup and price lists, coordinate freight quoting/booking and shipment tracking, reconcile ERP and web catalog data, provide general administrative and operations support, and assist with process improvement and SOP documentation.

Lead product planning and strategy for TV, Gaming, and Mobile (digital and physical). Build forecasts, manage lifecycle and inventory, set pricing and promotions, supervise product analysts, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, BI, and vendors, and expand programs across LatAm starting in Chile.

Manage order validation and processing for national retail accounts, including EDI and manual orders into Great Plains, customer communication, inventory flow, returns/claims resolution, and ad hoc reporting to sales and operations.

Support assigned retail accounts through forecasting, planning, sales analysis, promotional execution, and customer relationship management. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and vendors to resolve issues, manage promotions and launches, maintain forecasting tools and ERP data, prepare reports and presentations, and lead cross-functional projects to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
