Coordinates PPT meetings, calendars, room reservations, visitor screening, and weekly schedules. Maintains student records, archives, data, service logs, and incident documentation. Prepares and distributes IEP-related materials and correspondence while supporting Admissions, HR, and Assessment Center operations. Communicates with staff, families, and district partners and ensures compliance with school policies and applicable regulations.

Supports students with significant emotional, behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and learning challenges in classroom and school settings. Assists with academic, vocational, behavioral, transition, and daily activities; implements Behavior Intervention Plans; provides therapeutic feedback; collects student behavior data; and maintains a safe environment using TCI and PBIS practices. Works under teacher and administrative supervision, rotates among classrooms, and commits to year-round employment including summer sessions.

Provides psychological evaluations, therapy, family counseling, parent education, crisis intervention, classroom consultation, behavior planning, and case coordination for children and adolescents aged 5–22. Presents assessment findings to treatment teams, families, and educational agencies, determines special education eligibility, and collaborates with multidisciplinary clinical and school staff. The role is in-office Monday through Friday.

Provides psychological assessments, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, classroom consultation, behavior intervention planning, and care coordination for students ages 5–22. The role interprets evaluations, determines special education eligibility, presents findings in team meetings, and collaborates with families, educators, therapists, and community providers.
